Madonna dei Lumi-kirken ligger i San Gimignano i den sydlige ende af Via San Giovanni, nær Porta San Giovann. Kirken blev bygget i 1601 efter et design af arkitekten Francesco Panzini fra San Gimignano. Indenfor er den dekoreret med stuk og monokrome malerier, malet i 1794 af Pietro Scaliano.
Fordi den obstruerede en del af den travle Porta San Giovanni, blev den delvist nedrevet i 1922.
Fra denne kirke stammer et panelmaleri fra det 16. århundrede af Sebastiano Mainardi, der skildrer Madonna og Barn samt To Engle, som i øjeblikket befinder sig i den Kommunale Kunstgalleri.
