Dikkele ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Ostflandern und ein Teilgemeinde von Zwalm. Der Dorfkern vermittelt die Atmosphäre der frühen 20. Jahrhunderts und hat diese Ruhe vor allem der Tatsache zu verdanken, dass es keinen Durchgangsverkehr gibt. Die Provinzstraße zieht mit einem großen Bogen um das Dorf herum und hat es dadurch vor straßenbaulichen Maßnahmen wie Verbreiterung und Asphaltierung bewahrt. Wer im Dorfkern nichts zu suchen hat, der kommt nicht dorthin. Dikkele gehört zu den 50 schönsten Dörfern Flanderns.
