Die Villa Marlier ist ein Landhaus in der Nähe des Großen Wannsee, einem See im Südwesten Berlins. Das Haus ist bekannt von der Wannsee-Konferenz, die 1942 von der SS organisiert wurde. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde die Villa als Villa Wannsee bekannt.
Die Villa wurde 1914-15 für den Unternehmer Ernst Marlier erbaut. Das Haus mit einer Wohnfläche von 1500 m² und dem parkähnlichen Garten von 30.000 m² wurde von Paul Baumgarten, einem Schüler von Alfred Messel, entworfen. Ernst Marlier und seine Frau lebten nur wenige Jahre am Wannsee. Am 6. September 1921 verkaufte er das Haus an eine Firma des Industriellen Friedrich Minoux.
