Angers /ɑ̃ʒe/ ist eine Stadt im Westen Frankreichs und Hauptstadt des Départements Maine-et-Loire in der Region Pays de la Loire. Angers war die Hauptstadt der früheren Provinz Anjou.
Angers liegt am Fluss Maine, in der Nähe von dessen Zusammenfluss mit der Loire, und im Mittel 20 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Die Gemeindefläche beträgt 4.270 Hektar.
