Der 1935 von Léopold Foussard erbaute Komplex mit seiner Art-déco-Architektur, die als Kulturerbe des 20. Jahrhunderts eingestuft ist, wurde im gleichen Geist renoviert, allerdings mit mehr Komfort. Die wichtigsten Strukturen aus der Epoche sind innen und außen erhalten geblieben, und vor allem die Terrasse wurde wunderschön neu gestaltet und überragt die Isle. Sie ist ideal, wenn Musiker eingeladen werden, um zu spielen (und im Winter im Glasdach). Die Brasserie-Formel bleibt mittags bestehen, abends ist es ein ausgeprägterer "Bistronomie"-Geist. Die Stammgäste dürften wiederkommen.
