Wir bewirtschaften den Bauernhof Saint Martin in der fünften Generation. Er wird seit 2001 biologisch bewirtschaftet.
Unsere Produktion :
Tierhaltung: Wir halten Kühe der Rasse Blonde d'Aquitaine in vollständiger Freilandhaltung, d. h. unsere Tiere leben das ganze Jahr über auf Wiesen und in Wäldern auf der Umtriebsweide. Die Kühe fressen nur Gras und Heu, das auf dem Betrieb produziert wird.
Seit kurzem halten wir auch Schweine im Freien, die je nach Jahreszeit von Eicheln und Kastanien profitieren und einen großen Auslauf haben (14 Schweine pro Hektar).
Kiwis: Der 1990 auf einem Hanggrundstück angelegte Obstgarten liefert uns süße Kiwis mit guter Haltbarkeit.
Unsere Produkte: Kalb- und Kuhfleischpakete zu 5 oder 10 kg auf Vorbestellung.
Grüne Kiwis von Anfang Dezember bis Ende April, je nach Jahr.
