Uitwijk ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Altena in der niederländischen Provinz Nordbrabant. Es liegt im Land von Altena, das traditionell zum Grafendland Holland gehörte. Uitwijk gehörte zur Gemeinde Almkerk und Uitwijk, ab 1879 zusammen mit Emmikhoven und Waardhuizen zu Almkerk c.a., ab 1973 zur Gemeinde Woudrichem und seit 2019 gehört es zur Gemeinde Altena.
