The Roger Raveel Museum is housed in a sleek, white contemporary building designed by architect Stéphane Beel and is located in the picturesque Machelse village centre.
In addition to the permanent collection with works by artist Roger Raveel, there are also regular exhibitions.
The biennial takes place every 2 years. This is a collaboration between the museum of Deinze and the Leie region (Mudel) and the museum Dhondt Dhaenens in Deurle.
The Roger Raveel Museum is also a tourist office where you can pick up free tourist brochures and where you can request tourist information.
At the Roger Raveelmsueum starts the Roger Raveel hiking trail (3.75 km). This route is signposted and the hiking map is available in the museum.
Opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00.
