Because it was exactly 75 years on September 12, 2019, since the Allies liberated the first places in the Netherlands, I would like to draw attention to my "Little Tour through the War Past" here.
The route starts and ends at "Auberge 't Koffer" in Mesch, the first liberated café in the Netherlands, through which our liberators marched. The Auberge no longer exists in this form.
Along the way, memories of over 2000 years of war in this region can be seen and read.
