La iglesia de San Guibert es la iglesia parroquial de Itegem, ubicada en Sint-Guibertusplein 21, en el municipio de Heist-op-den-Berg, en Amberes. Durante las disputas religiosas, esta iglesia fue destruida para ser restaurada a principios del siglo XVII. Entre 1653 y 1661 se construyó una nueva torre según un diseño de Jan Veris. Entre 1789 y 1791 se construyó una iglesia más grande, conservando la torre del siglo XVII. En 1885 se ampliaron las naves en dirección oriental según un diseño de F.H. Cox.
