Para la ruta utilizamos la red de puntos de conexión y rutas de MTB. La Cresta de Kempen es una excelente zona para caminar. La alargada cresta de arena se extiende desde Retie hasta Grobbendonk y forma el mayor relieve de los Kempen de Amberes.

Esta Cresta de Kempen es un área natural única, formada por antiguas dunas de tierra que quedaron cuando el mar se retiró. A lo largo de aproximadamente 15 kilómetros, la cresta conecta varios municipios, incluidos Retie, Kasterlee, Herentals, Lille, Vorselaar y Grobbendonk.
