Lämershagen-Gräfinghagen es un distrito de la ciudad de Bielefeld en Renania del Norte-Westfalia y pertenece al distrito urbano de Stieghorst. Hasta 1972, Lämershagen-Gräfinghagen era un municipio independiente en la oficina de Heepen del distrito de Bielefeld.
