Su placer cuando tuesta es encontrar el mejor perfil de tueste para resaltar al máximo los aromas y sabores del café, y sobre todo sin amargura.
Le propone un viaje por el cinturón ecuatorial (entre el trópico de Cáncer y el trópico de Capricornio) para descubrir las especialidades de café del mundo.
