Por ello, nuestro menú es deliberadamente MUY local
L'Ardoise es un gran promotor (¡y fanático!) de los circuitos cortos y sólo utiliza proveedores locales. Por lo tanto, para nuestro menú de mediodía, no ofrecemos un menú fijo, nuestros menús se preparan el mismo día en función de lo que llega, y por lo tanto del tiempo, etc. Así, nuestro menú le sorprenderá cada día para un placer siempre renovado.
Ejemplo de productos presentes regularmente en nuestra carta: pescado de La Rochelle, carne de ternera y pato de criadores que viven en el pueblo, etc.
Otras características especiales
Nuestro restaurante lucha contra el despilfarro de papel y nuestros camareros siempre tomarán sus pedidos en pizarras reales.
