Cunliffe-Owen Aircraft fue un fabricante británico de aviones de la era de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Fueron principalmente un taller de reparación y reacondicionamiento, pero también un taller de construcción para los diseños de otras empresas, notablemente el Supermarine Seafire. La empresa también realizó trabajos por contrato para el Ministerio del Aire, Lord Rootes, Shorts y Armstrong Siddeley por un valor de 1.5 millones de libras.
