El Ayuntamiento de Termini Imerese, conocido como "Palazzo Comunale" en italiano, es el centro administrativo de la ciudad.
Forma un dúo con el Duomo en el corazón de Upper Termini. También llamado Palacio del Magistrado, el edificio que ahora alberga el Ayuntamiento fue la antigua sede del Senado de la ciudad .
Fue construido a finales del siglo XVI y principios del XVII en una meseta donde una vez estuvo el foro romano . Es un cofre del tesoro increíble y en su interior también había un pequeño teatro donde se representaban varios tipos de escenas.
No se puede perder la visita a la antigua sala del consejo, la llamada 'Cammara Picta', que alberga un precioso ciclo de frescos pintados en 1610 por el pintor de termitas y arquitecto Vincenzo La Barbera, que representan episodios históricos de la antigua Imera y ThermaeHimerenses .
