El Gastersche Diep es un arroyo en la provincia neerlandesa de Drenthe. El arroyo forma parte de la cuenca del Drentsche Aa. El Gastersche Diep es una continuación del Andersche Diep y del Rolderdiep. Juntos forman el cauce principal oriental del Drentsche Aa. Justo antes del pueblo de Gasteren, una corta rama se une al arroyo, que surge en el Gastersche Holt. El arroyo fluye por el lado oeste del pueblo. Originalmente, una rama del arroyo pasaba más cerca del pueblo, pero esa rama ha quedado estancada debido a la sedimentación. Los restos de esa rama son el Voorste- y el Achterste Veen en las Dunas de Gasteren. Justo al noreste del pueblo, el Gastersche Diep desemboca en el Oudemolensche Diep. La confluencia de ambos cauces principales del Drentsche Aa es conocida como Tweediepskolk.
