Leek est une ville de marché et une paroisse civile dans le comté de Staffordshire, en Angleterre, sur la rivière Churnet. Elle est située à environ 10 miles au nord-est de Stoke-on-Trent. C'est une ancienne municipalité qui a reçu sa charte royale en 1214.
C'est le centre administratif du Conseil de district de Staffordshire Moorlands. Le roi Jean a accordé à Ranulph de Blondeville, 6ème comte de Chester, le droit de tenir un marché hebdomadaire le mercredi et une foire annuelle de sept jours à Leek en 1207.
