Il Passo Ursprung è un passo montano alto 836 m nelle Alpi al confine tra Germania e Austria. Il passo si trova nelle Prealpi bavaresi, un gruppo montuoso delle Alpi Calcaree settentrionali. Si trova a circa 11,5 km a ovest di Kufstein e collega la valle di Ursprung a nord con la valle di Thiersee a sud. Nella valle di Ursprung scorre uno dei fiumi sorgente della Leitzach in direzione nord verso Bayrischzell. Nella valle di Thiersee scorre il fiume Thierseer Ache e si trovano il lago Thiersee, che dà il nome alla località, e il comune o la frazione di Thiersee.
