Il Castello di Oberlichtenau è un castello barocco con un giardino in Oberlichtenau, un quartiere di Pulsnitz nel circondario sassone di Bautzen, a circa 25 km a nord-est della capitale dello stato Dresda.
Nel 1718, il conte Christian Gottlieb von Holtzendorff ereditò la tenuta di Oberlichtenau. Per assumere il suo patrimonio, aveva bisogno di un alloggio adeguato al suo rango. Pertanto, a partire dal 1724, fece costruire un castello barocco e realizzare un parco in stile inglese e francese con preziose sculture in pietra arenaria davanti e dietro l'edificio.
