Un percorso di jogging leggermente impegnativo ma vario con una lunghezza di circa 20 km.

Vi porta dalle strutture sportive di Einbeck lungo la Schützenstraße, su per la Hube a Einbeck, verso "An den Teichen" e di nuovo giù, un pezzo verso Volksen e poi attraverso le Leinewiesen/Leinepolder verso Salderhelden.
