Élodie ed Eric hanno viaggiato in lungo e in largo per la Francia e nel maggio 2022 hanno deciso di stabilirsi! Si sono lasciati incantare da questa casa da ristrutturare. Dopo un anno di ristrutturazione e una buona dose di energia, nel giugno 2023 hanno dato vita a "Résidence Loanie". Al piano terra, hanno installato una confortevole camera per gli ospiti di 25 m², con doccia e servizi privati, area di lavoro e divano letto aggiuntivo. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Gli ospiti hanno anche accesso a una sala da pranzo e a un angolo cottura (60 m²). Lo scorso ottobre, a completamento dei servizi offerti, è stato inaugurato "L'Alternative", un centro di salute e benessere alternativo. Se lo desiderano, gli ospiti del Residence possono usufruire dei servizi benessere del centro.
