Quando si percorre il percorso C2C scozzese da Annan al Forth Bridge (vedi https://www.sevendaycyclist.com/ultimate-scottish-c2c-guide), diversi ciclisti locali hanno suggerito questo come un percorso alternativo da Moffat a Innerleithen. Certo, tralascia il Devil's Beef Tub, Tweedale e Peebles, ma i camion per il legname sono meno e i locali hanno detto che lo consideravano un percorso più bello.
