L'Ospedale di Nostra Signora è una struttura sanitaria situata a Manorhamilton, nella contea di Leitrim, Irlanda. È gestito dal Saolta University Health Care Group.
La struttura, che è stata commissionata per sostituire l'Ospedale Chirurgico di Manorhamilton, è stata aperta nel luglio 1954. Era il più grande edificio costruito nella città da quando è stato eretto il Castello di Manorhamilton. Dopo che è stato ordinato nuovo equipaggiamento per i raggi X per l'ospedale, i servizi di radiografia, che erano stati temporaneamente sospesi, dovevano riprendere nell'ottobre 2019, ma la carenza di personale ha portato a ulteriori ritardi.
