La stazione di Leiden Centraal è la più grande stazione ferroviaria della città olandese di Leiden, nella provincia dell'Olanda Meridionale. Leiden ha anche altre due stazioni ferroviarie: sul lato sud-est della città si trova la stazione di Leiden Lammenschans e sul lato sud-ovest, al confine tra i comuni di Leiden e Voorschoten, si trova la stazione di De Vink.
La prima stazione di Leiden è stata inaugurata il 15 giugno 1843 sulla Oude Lijn, la prima linea ferroviaria della HIJSM. L'originale edificio della stazione fu sostituito nel 1879 con un nuovo edificio progettato da Dirk Margadant. Poiché ci furono ritardi nel prolungamento della linea dalla passerella ferroviaria sul Haarlemmertrekvaart nel 1842, fu costruita una stazione provvisoria sul lato est della passerella. Qui partì il 17 agosto 1842 il primo treno da Leiden ad Amsterdam.
