La Zeeland era una fabbrica di zucchero a Bergen op Zoom che è stata operativa dal 1917 al 1929. La fabbrica era gestita dall'associazione Cooperativa Fabbrica di Zucchero di Barbabietola Zeeland. Alcuni imponenti edifici industriali rimasti sono oggi esempi di patrimonio industriale nel comune di Bergen op Zoom. Oggi La Zeeland è un centro commerciale coperto e fa parte di un'area commerciale più grande.
