Il chiosco balneare Panta Rhei è un'istituzione a Vlissingen. Il chiosco è stato fondato nel 1970 e si chiamava allora Costa del Nol. Nel 1983 il chiosco cambia proprietario e diventa De Nolle. Nel 1996 assume il nome attuale Panta Rhei. Nel 2011 è stato costruito un nuovissimo chiosco balneare con due locali di ristorazione. Al piano terra si trova Panta Rhei e al primo piano era situato il chiosco balneare Boka Bizarro Beach. Tuttavia, recentemente Panta Rhei ha assunto il chiosco superiore e ora ha un altro nome.
Posto di salvataggio
Accanto al chiosco balneare si trova l'edificio della brigata di salvataggio di Vlissingen. Il posto di salvataggio De Nolle ha una torre di avvistamento ed è il posto principale dei bagnini del comune di Vlissingen.
Panta Rhei è diventato famoso per la sua musica dal vivo. Ogni domenica pomeriggio c'è uno spettacolo dal vivo alle 17:00.
