La seconda rotta di 80 km procede in senso antiorario attraverso l'area naturale di Drents Frisian Wold. Partendo da Appelscha, si prosegue lungo i sentieri di ghiaia delle Kale Duinen. Poi verso Zorgvlied, Doldersum e oltre attraverso il bellissimo paesaggio dei siepi intorno a Vledder fino alla Veenkolonie di Frederiksoord/Wilhelminaoord, dove ci sono alcuni bellissimi tratti di ghiaia lunghi. Successivamente, si ritorna ad Appelscha passando per Diever e Oude Willem.
Bel percorso, grandi tratti dell'area naturale di Drents Friese Wold, molti bei sentieri di ghiaia, molto vario.
