Questa breve ma variegata passeggiata si snoda attraverso una proprietà naturale privata facilmente accessibile lungo il sentiero Schuitvaartjaagpad. Il paesaggio è vario e suggestivo, con laghetti, un ponte e sentieri tortuosi che rendono il percorso speciale.
I sentieri sono sterrati e possono essere piuttosto fangosi, specialmente dopo la pioggia. Sparsi per la zona ci sono alcune panchine per fermarsi a riposare e godere dell'ambiente.
Il punto di inizio e fine della passeggiata si trova presso 's Heeren Vrunten, un parco bungalow lungo il sentiero Schuitvaartjaagpad.
La tenuta adiacente copre circa 30 ettari. Di questi, circa il 55% è dedicato alla natura, il 39% è utilizzato per l'agricoltura e il 6% è destinato a costruzioni (sette abitazioni).
La tenuta si inserisce nella visione del comune di Etten-Leur di realizzare un corridoio verde lungo i confini comunali. In questo modo, l'area costituisce un importante collegamento tra Pannenhoef, Schuitvaart, Kogelvanger, Vloeiweide e Liesbos, e contribuisce a una zona naturale continua e attraente per i escursionisti.
