Bruttig-Fankel is een plaats in de Duitse deelstaat Rijnland-Palts, en maakt deel uit van de Landkreis Cochem-Zell. Bruttig-Fankel ligt aan de Moezel, enkele kilometers stroomopwaarts van Cochem en bestaat uit de aan elkaar gegroeide dorpen Bruttig en Fankel. Het aantal inwoners bedraagt 1.110. Beide dorpen zijn zeer oud. Bruttig wordt reeds genoemd in een oorkonde uit het jaar 898; de eerste melding van Fankel dateert van ca. 1100.
Bij het stadsdeel Fankel ligt een sluis in de Moezel met een verval van 7 meter.
