De Kramermarkt is een jaarlijks terugkerend volksfeest in Oldenburg. De markt begint op vrijdag tussen 26 september en 2 oktober en eindigt tien dagen later. De periode waarin de Kramermarkt plaatsvindt, wordt in Oldenburg en omgeving ook wel het Vijfde Seizoen genoemd.
Graaf Anton Günther van Oldenburg wordt door zijn verordening uit 1608 beschouwd als de oprichter van de huidige Kramermarkt. Vijf dagen lang werden op de Marktplaats aan het einde van het oogstseizoen de ingezamelde oogsten verhandeld. Als Krahmer-Marckt waren de marktkramers voornamelijk kruidenier en reizende handelaren.
