Baztan is een gemeente in de Spaanse provincie en regio Navarra. Met een oppervlakte van 373,55 km² is Baztan de grootste gemeente van Navarra. Baztan telt 7.719 inwoners en ligt in de westelijke Pyreneeën.
Het hoogste deel van het stroomgebied van de Bidasoa vormt het grootste deel van het grondgebied van de gemeente. In het noorden behoort een deel van de gemeente tot het stroomgebied van de Nivelle. De hoofdplaats van de gemeente Baztan is Elizondo.
