Covadonga is een dorp in de gemeente Cangas de Onís in de provincie Oviedo , 34 km ten zuiden van Ribadesella in het noordwesten van Spanje.
Het dorp ligt in het Nationale Park van de Picos de Europa, beslaat ongeveer 2,5 km² en telt slechts 70 inwoners . In de bergen liggen twee bergmeren die samen de Meren van Covadonga worden genoemd. De beklimming naar deze meren wordt regelmatig opgenomen in wielerwedstrijden, waaronder de Ronde van Spanje.
