Het in 1935 door Léopold Foussard gebouwde Art Deco-monument uit de 20e eeuw is in dezelfde geest gerenoveerd, met extra comfort. De belangrijkste historische structuren zijn binnen en buiten bewaard gebleven, en vooral het terras is prachtig opgeknapt met uitzicht op het eiland, ideaal wanneer muzikanten worden uitgenodigd om te spelen (en in de winter in het glazen dak). De brasserieformule blijft tijdens de lunch, 's avonds is het een meer assertieve "bistronomie" geest. De gelovigen moeten terugkeren.
