Verkoop van pizza's om mee te nemen, zelfgemaakt, op hout gestookt. Mijn pizzadeeg is zelfgemaakt op zuurdesem met rijping voor betere smaken. Gemaakt van lokaal biologisch meel uit de Moulin du Courneau ten noorden van Bordeaux in Laruscade, wordt het met de hand uitgerold zodat het zeer luchtig, zacht en knapperig is. Het merendeel van mijn grondstoffen zijn verse producten. Sommige zijn afkomstig van lokale bedrijven zoals :
Eendenborst, foie gras, gerookte zalm: Maison Delpeyrat en Labeyrie.
Champignons. Champiland in Herm.
Honing: Alain LABAT imker in Castets.
