Oude Pekela is een dorp in de gemeente Pekela in de Nederlandse provincie Groningen. Het is door historie nauw verbonden met het zuidelijker gelegen Nieuwe Pekela. Het dorp had ten tijde van de eerste volkstelling in 1795 2972 inwoners, in 2021 had het dorp 7.610 inwoners. Het veenkoloniale dorp ligt aan het Pekelderdiep ook wel "diep in t piep" door de lokale bevolking genoemd.
