Kwabrugstraat nr. 5. Bryggeri Bockor (navn givet til øl fra 1930'erne). Tidligere "BRASSERIE O. VANDERGHINSTE", jf. inskriptionen på ast. Bryggeriet blev grundlagt i 1875 af Felix Salembier og overtaget i 1892 af familien Vanderghinste. Siden 1948 er bygningerne uændrede, kun tilføjelse af et lager. I 1975 flyttede kontorerne fra Kortrijk til Bellegem. En stærkt prægende bryggeri med bl.a. ast ved siden af brygsalen. Overfor er der et værksted under shedtag, bag hvilket skorstenen står.
