Skt. Guiberts Kirke er sognekirken i Itegem, beliggende på Sint-Guibertusplein 21 i Antwerpen kommune Heist-op-den-Berg. Under de religiøse stridigheder blev denne kirke ødelagt for at blive genopbygget i begyndelsen af det 17. århundrede. I 1653-1661 blev et nyt tårn bygget efter en tegning af Jan Veris. I 1789-1791 blev der bygget en større kirke, som bevarede tårnet fra det 17. århundrede. I 1885 blev sideskibene udvidet mod øst efter en tegning af F.H. Cox.
