U-båd-bunkeren St. Nazaire blev bygget under Anden Verdenskrig af den tyske krigsflåde i Saint-Nazaire ved den franske Atlanterhavskyst. Det var en af fem store U-båd-baser, som Det Tredje Rige havde opført i det besatte Frankrig.
Før Anden Verdenskrig var Saint-Nazaire en af de største havne ved den franske Atlanterhavskyst. Under vestoffensiven nåede den tyske hær Saint-Nazaire i juni 1940. Havnen blev straks anvendt til U-båd-operationer. Den første, der nåede Saint-Nazaire, var U 46 den 29. september 1940.
