Nationalmuseet for Videnskab og Øklesiologi i Maynooth er et videnskabsmuseum og museum for øklesiologi, beliggende på det fælles campus for St. Patrick's College, Maynooth og Maynooth Universitet, Irland. Det er en institution under kollegiet, der begyndte som et øklesiologisk museum.
Museet indeholder forskellige artefakter fra videnskabens historie i Irland, en stor samling af videnskabeligt udstyr brugt af Nicholas Callan, og et af to dødsmasker af den irske politiske leder Daniel O'Connell. Museet blev grundlagt i 1934 som Museum of Ecclesiology, men har fået en større fokus på videnskab, delvist på grund af Maynooths tilknytning til Callan.
