Alba Longa var en by i det gamle Latium, i spidsen for forbundet af de latinske folk, med usikker lokalisering. Den blev ødelagt af Rom under kong Tullo Ostilio, efter året 673 f.Kr.
Ifølge Dionysius fra Halikarnassos blev området omkring Alba Longa oprindeligt beboet af Siculi, som senere blev jaget væk fra disse lande af aboriginere, som levede der som sådanne, indtil trojanernes ankomst. Fra forbindelsen mellem de to folk skulle latinerne være opstået.
