Dominikanerkirken, også kaldet Dominikanerkirken, er en gotisk kirke i centrum af den hollandske by Maastricht, beliggende på Dominikanerkirkpladsen, nær Vrijthof. Kirken blev bygget i det 13. århundrede som klosterkirke for prædikerordenen eller dominikanerne. I slutningen af det 18. århundrede blev klosteret nedlagt, og kirken fik forskellige funktioner. Siden 2007 har der været en boghandel. Dominikanerkirken er et nationalt monument. I interiøret findes blandt andet et 14. århundredes fresco med fremstillinger fra helgenen Thomas af Aquinos liv.
