Schipluiden er en by i den hollandske kommune Midden-Delfland. Navnet nævnes for første gang i midten af det tolvte århundrede. Det er afledt af den lille flod Leede, der blev sejlbar ved Schipluiden. Flere stedsnavne i området henviser til Leede.
I Harnaschpolder i Schipluiden blev den ældste kendte permanente bosættelse i Holland udgravet i sommeren 2003. I perioden fra 3600 f.Kr. til 3300 f.Kr. boede der mennesker på en klit, der var 150 meter lang og 50 meter bred, og som var en til to meter høj. Landsbyen var indhegnet for at holde kvæg ude, og beboerne dyrkede byg og hvede.
