Stad Doetinchem var en tidligere kommune i den hollandske provins Gelderland. Den bestod af byen Doetinchem og dens nære omgivelser. Det større omkringliggende landskab var en separat kommune, kaldet Ambt Doetinchem.
Stad Doetinchem eksisterede indtil 1920, da den blev sammenlagt med Ambt Doetinchem for at danne en enkelt kommune Doetinchem.
