Zentral im Dorf gelegen, klassizistisches Saalkirchlein. Houtem erhielt durch das Wirken der Abtei von Ter Kameren bereits sehr früh eine eigene Kapelle, gelegen an der Straße nach Vilvoorde, wie aus dem Kartenbuch der Abtei von 1719 hervorgeht. 1775 wurde eine neue Kapelle, die heutige Kirche, während der Amtszeit von Äbtissin Serafina Snoy erbaut, deren Wappen über dem Kircheneingang erhalten blieb.
