Villa Scaldis ist seit fast 15 Jahren das Zuhause von Küchenchef Luc Baelde und seiner Frau und Gastgeberin Katrien. Das Lokal begann als Festsaal, aber später kam ein Wochenendrestaurant dazu. Und das ist jetzt ein charmantes kulinarisches Ziel. Die französisch-belgische Speisekarte bietet eine angenehme Mischung aus Tradition und Innovation, mit den Jahreszeiten und dem Marktangebot in einer prominenten Rolle. Was auf den Tisch kommt, ist hausgemacht und von bester Qualität. Bei schönem Wetter wird auf der Sommerterrasse und im nach Süden ausgerichteten Garten serviert, an winterlichen Tagen kann man am Kaminfeuer genießen. Villa Scaldis hat Freitagabend, Samstagabend und Sonntagmittag geöffnet. Gruppen ab 12 Personen können auch während der Woche nachmittags oder abends mit Reservierung kommen.
