Eine wunderbare und abwechslungsreiche Wanderung, die bei der Abtei von Averbode beginnt, einem Ort, der frei zugänglich ist und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist. Die Strecke führt durch das Naturschutzgebiet Catselt, passiert Molenstede und schlängelt sich weiter durch das Gebiet Demerbroeken. Schließlich führt der Weg über den Mariapark zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
