Der Bezirk Treptow [ˈtreːptoː] ist ein ehemaliger Verwaltungsbezirk von Berlin. Er wurde im Rahmen des Groß-Berlin-Gesetzes am 1. Oktober 1920 gegründet. Am 1. Januar 2001 wurde er mit dem Nachbarbezirk Köpenick zum neuen Bezirk Treptow-Köpenick von Berlin zusammengeschlossen.
Der Bezirk Treptow entstand entlang der Görlitzer Bahn, die sich längs durch den ehemaligen Bezirk zog. Diese Bahntrasse begann am ehemaligen Görlitzer Bahnhof am Nordende des Ortsteils Alt-Treptow und führte parallel zur Straßenmagistrale des Adlergestells nach Königs Wusterhausen. Der ehemalige Bezirk Treptow erstreckte sich als langgestrecktes Gebiet von der Innenstadt Berlins bis zur Stadtgrenze.
