Das Kloster St. Gregor oder Kloster St. Gregorius auch Abtei Münster im Gregoriental war ein Benediktinerkloster in der Stadt Munster im Elsaß. Es war Gregor dem Großen geweiht. Es bestand bis zur Säkularisation 1791. Die Gebäude wurden im Ersten Weltkrieg weitgehend zerstört.
Um 660–675 wurde das Kloster in der Regierungszeit des Herzogs Eticho gegründet. 826 erfolgte die Bestätigung der Immunität. Die Stauferkaiser Friedrich I. und Friedrich II. übergaben dem Kloster reiche Schenkungen. 1235 hatte das Kloster die Gerichtsherrschaft über das Gregoriental und die Stadt Munster erhalten und wurde Reichsabtei.
