Vor den Toren der kleinen Stadt La Sauve erstrecken sich die 60 Hektar des Schlosses der Dames de la Renardière. Das Alter des Weinguts wird durch die Existenz von Notariatsarchiven aus dem Jahr 1478 belegt. Die Qualität des Bodens und die traditionelle Weinbereitung sorgen für eine der besten Produktionen der Appellation: Weißweine mit Nervosität und Brillanz und Rotweine, die gleichzeitig weich und großzügig sind. Das Château des Dames de la Renardières bietet Weinproben und Besichtigungen der Weinkeller nach Vereinbarung an.
